An SVG (Scaleable Vector Graphic) is a graphics file you can download and then use with your DIY crafting. To use SVG files you will need software that is compatible with the SVG format.

In the first post of the Facebook group (announcements tab) you will find the password. If you don’t have Facebook, then the access to the free library is not available. However you can download the free file of the week!. 

The password for downloading free files is completely different from the one you set if you’re registered. the password for downloading free files is received in your email when you’re subscribed to the newsletter or in the first post of our Facebook group.

Once your payment has been accepted, a download link will generate on the successful checkout page so DO NOT CLOSE THE PAGE. You will also receive the download link by email. Follow the link and save the file to your computer. 

Additionally you can Clic in LOGIN menu from bgartdesigner.com and write your email and password registered, then in MY ACCOUNT you will see the available downloads.

Currently, most cutting software will open SVG files and allow you to cut the shape. Most have the ability natively and a few require a paid upgrade.Cricut Design Space, Pazzles InVue, & Brother Scan N Cut Canvas will import SVG files. Silhouette Studio requires the Designer Edition paid upgrade (but all my files include .studio files, which you can open with the free basic version of silhouette studio) Inkscape is a free design software, its can open and edit SVG and EPS files

Since all of our products are digital, we do not ship anything. All products are available for download once you complete your order.

YES! On Apple devices, you save our .zip file to your CLOUD DRIVE. Then open the .zip, select the SVG file you want and save that file to your CLOUD DRIVE. From there you can import the SVG into your mobile devices on Cricut Design Space. TUTORIAL

Zip files are compressed files that contain the contents of what you order.  The reason they are compressed is to make your download faster.  Most computers have built in decompression software but if you are having trouble extracting, I suggest using a free extractor.  Windows users can go to www.7-zip.org and download a FREE extractor.  Mac users can go to www.izip.com and download a FREE extractor.

All machines have their pros and cons. I use the Silhouette Cameo 3 mostly but love my cricut maker. These machines and their previous generations all produce really good results.

All products are digital downloads and come in a compressed Zip format. Inside each Zip file are individual SVG files, PNG files (certain designs), EPS files (certain designs) , and STUDIO files for every element pictured.

We don’t technically offer refunds since our products are digital. This happens because you have configured on your computer that the svg files are opened by default with your default web browser. But it’s really an SVG file that you can open without any problem with your cutting machine’s software! Just try it, open it with your cutting machine’s software, that file that shows with your browser’s icon, and you’ll see how it works.

• Commercial use is defined as using the digital design in any physical project, product, artwork, etc. intended for resale.
• You can cut our files out of any medium (paper, vinyl, chipboard etc) and use them on products for sale (t-shirts, bags, vinyl projects, party decor).
• The products you create using our cuts can be sold locally (in your city, town, from your cabana) with no restrictions.
• Maximum number of items allowed under commercial use is 100 per product.
