- Fabric markers
Make coloring T-shirts with a Cricut machine, is really super easy!; With this project the idea is to give it to the kids to color on them and have fun!; It can be for a class, a birthday party, a baby shower, or any other festivity! You can give to the kids some washable markers to paint on the T-shirt over and over again, or on the other hand, you can give them some permanent markers to make a permanent work of art!
Firstly, find the design to cut out on black HTV vinyl. Get one that only has the outline to be able to color inside, don’t forget to mirror the design. Measure the t-shirt so to size the design in the software. Also, remember to do a test cut; then cut out the image. You can find t-shirts at Wallmart or check out this post HERE which has the best sites to buy t-shirts to make projects like this!
Take the T-shirt and heat press it previously to add the design, for about 30 seconds to remove wrinkles and any moisture it may have. After that, take the design and place it on the t-shirt. For kids it should be two fingers below the collar of the t-shirt. Press the design at 315 degrees for 60 seconds, don’t forget to put some butcher paper on top of the design to protect the press.
